Margaret (Maggie)'s Story
Life
I'm single, and have been since 1986. I've got a wonderful son who is now 36 and teaches special education in Butte County. I also have two awesome grand daughters who are one and four now. They're so beautiful! I came within 3 classes and a thesis of getting my Master's at CSUC before I crashed and burned from school. Then I moved to Israel for a year and studied Hebrew (not fluent but I can survive there), and then returned home to finish my education. I got my...Expand for more
Master's and now teach middle school English in Fairfield, CA. I love life and living, love my family, and love my work. And, that's the skinny of it all. Oh yea, I'm far from flat and skinny these days!
College
I went to Butte Community College where I got 4 AS degrees, then went on to CUSC and received my BA in English and almost completed the Masters Program. I moved to Israel to study Hebrew, returned to the States and got my Master's degree in Sacramento, CA.
